Quantity Surveyor Job in Bournemouth | Commercial Sector

Are you a Quantity Surveyor with a passion for the commercial sector? Our clients work in industrial, educational, retail and Defence. They are currently in growth and looking to expand their team. Their turnover is over 50 million per year, running 10–15 projects ranging from £5M up to £20M.

They have sites situated across Hampshire and Dorset with you being in their office and based on site 2–3 days per week. Competitive Salary of £65,000 + Car allowance + Package.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in NEC / JCT Format
• Experience working in commercial Sectors (Eductional, Industrial, Retail or Defence)
• Experience of managing large subcontractor accounts
• Experience in Pre-Construction

Must have BSc or HND (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying or other equivalent commercially related subject, and/or RICS Membership.
