Project Coordinator- Administration- £200 a day Umbrella

About the role

As a Project Coordinator, you will be supporting the Site Exit Programme team and projects related to site closures. Your key focus will be to ensure that projects are delivered within their agreed timescales, updating, maintaining and communicating to all parties throughout the process. You will also be responsible for monitoring relevant mailboxes and systems and assigning tasks to the teams or individuals that will look after them.

Our client is currently looking for a new recruit to join their Site Exit Team. Please read on! You can also ask our friendly recruitment team any questions you may have about the role, between 09.00am till 17.00pm Monday to Friday.

Shifts: Monday to Friday (37.5 hours)

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring relevant mailboxes and systems.
  • Assigning tasks to the teams.
  • Ensure projects are delivered within their agreed timeframe.
  • Maintaining and building a professional and supportive relationship with other departments to hit business objectives and deadlines.
  • Ensuring all purchase orders are updated with correct pricing and quantities.

Other stuff we’re potentially looking for:

  • Computer-literate with good working knowledge of MS Office packages.
  • Able to show where you have built strong relationships with internal / external partners (success stories, job roles etc)
  • Previous experience working in an administration/coordination role.
  • Proven experience of prioritising your own workload to ensure that individual and team targets are achieved.
  • Understanding of budget management, including the principles, methods, techniques, and tools for the preparation and building of long-range plans.

  • A daily rate, in-scope IR35, of £160.61(PAYE) OR £200.00 (via a Hays Approved Umbrella Company).
  • This role provides hybrid working access in Reading at least once a week in the office.
