Our partnership schools are looking to recruit experienced teachers from September for long-term contracts, some of which will last until the end of next academic year. Due to unprecedented demand, we do have roles across all year groups, meaning you will have the opportunity to work with the year group best suited to your teaching style and preference.

In your new role as a Primary Teacher with Hays you will have the opportunity to work in one of our partnership schools in the Runcorn, Widnes and wider Halton area. You will have the opportunity to work in a year group of your choosing from EYFS/reception, KS1 and KS2. This will include all aspects of lesson planning, preparation and delivery in line with the school's values and ethos. You will ensure that all learning material is in line with the national curriculum and presented in an engaging and stimulating manner as to aid in students reaching their full academic potential. You will monitor behaviours by working alongside colleagues and implementing a meriad of Behaviour for Learning techniques and differentiating material to suit attainment needs.
