Interim Pensions Administrator

Hays is working with a financial services organisation in Central Bristol.

Your new role

The organisation are looking for an Interim Pensions Administrator. Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00 (35 hours a week). Pay for the role is £13.19 per hour. Main duties of the role include:

  • Processing of client instructions and any task activity accurately and to the service standards set by the company at all times, maintaining confidentiality and demonstrating discretion.
  • Building good relationships with clients and business introducers.
  • Where relevant and appropriate, informing managers, clients and financial intermediaries of specific matters or issues affecting their schemes and benefits relevant to each scheme, especially actual or potential problems.
  • Ensuring that client deadlines, all internally agreed key performance indicators, service standards and regulatory reporting requirements are met.
  • To fulfil any other reasonable requirement of the department.
  • Proactively identifies risk within the department and escalates concerns to Team Leader.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Pensions administrative experience (at least 1 year)
  • The ability to take responsibility for your own administration, including paperwork and filing.
