Your new company

We are working with a local government organisation who are looking for a non-technical business analyst to work on their IT system implementation within finance and a case management system. This is likely to be an initial 3-month contract, working on an outside IR35 basis.

Your new role

To work on the business process re-engineering side of the project, looking at the AS-IS and TO-BE, this will predominately be on the finance system implementation they are going live with first but may also include the case management project. They are looking for someone who has worked with local government previously in a similar role but not necessarily the same systems. You would be required to be on-site 2/3 days a week but this could be reduced as the project goes on.
