Based very close to Liverpool city centre, this public sector organisation has an education-focused mission, and is in need of a talented Business Analyst to support an ongoing technical project.

In this role, you will be developing business requirements for the technical teams, and will need a full understanding of the software development lifecycle. You will be analysing requirements and supporting technical design. You will be working with end users to explore their needs in relation to a new technical opportunity.

In order to be considered for this role, you will have proven experience as a Business Analyst working in a technical environment, preferably in the public sector. You will need to be able to analyse and document business processes and relate them to differing user roles, document and prioritise navigation paths through existing screens, exploring opportunities for improvement and influencing users where necessary.

You will need experience of working closely with 3rd party developers, as well as in-house testers and a variety of end users to support delivery. You will need to interact well with both business and technical resources at all levels, and present proof of concept work back to stakeholders to aid understanding and support decision-making.

In return, you will be getting a contract inside IR35 paying a daily rate of £450.
