Personal Assistant to Directors, Birmingham City Centre, Permanent, £35k - £40k

Your new company

You will be working as a Personal Assistant to Directors within a busy transport-based organisation. You will be based in the Birmingham City Centre office and work directly with Directors supporting all Personal Assistant duties. You will be successful in securing a permanent role with the organisation and help shape the day-to-day operations of Senior Leader Teams through your administrative assistance.

Your new role

This is an exciting new role based in Birmingham City Centre as a Personal Assistant you will be supporting Directors with their day-to-day duties. You will be responsible for diary management, arranging daily catch-up sessions with the Managing Director. You will also arrange travel itineraries and hotel accommodation for the Directors as part of your role. Attention to detail is essential in this role. You will be required to handle incoming telephone calls, emails, and requests. Prioritise and filter communications, ensuring that urgent matters reach the Directors promptly. During meetings, you will record accurate minutes, a high level of commitment and loyalty is required, ensuring that information is always kept confidential. This role will have unpredictable workloads. However, you will be responsible for full admin service for Directors.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced Personal Assistant who has excellent attention to detail. You will need experience of diary management, booking accommodation and travel, screening calls, taking minutes, organising meetings, creating reports, collating documentation and email management. You must be proficient in all the above. Experience of raising purchase order numbers, collating staff records such as annual leave and sickness and creating audit logs is desired by the hiring managers. You must be actively seeking a new permanent role as a Personal Assistant to be successful in this role. Please note you must be happy to work on a hybrid working model in Birmingham City Centre.
