Your new role

As a part of the Architecture and Development team, you will be involved in the creation of new BI solutions, adjustments, improvements, and aid in the execution of the business transformation strategy for both the company and their client solutions.


  • Influence and communicate across business levels.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and the BI architect to define business requirements.
  • Contribute to solution design and documentation production.
  • Bridge communication between IT teams and stakeholders for successful solution delivery.
  • Represent business interests while working with developers.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
  • Participate in system testing and support business acceptance testing.
  • Assist in creating end-user support and training materials.
  • Help resolve complex production incidents.
  • Foster strong relationships within the BI team and other related teams.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Familiarity and comprehension of business analysis and requirements collection methods, including business process modelling, gap analysis, and user stories.
  • Profound knowledge of Kimball methodology.
  • Robust experience with SQL, ideally with Oracle 12c.
  • Expertise in both logical and physical database modelling.
  • Comprehension of ETL tools for collecting and loading facts and dimensions, ideally SAP Data Services or ODI.
  • Familiarity with a BI reporting suite, ideally Business Objects.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both in writing and verbally.
