Our client is a busy main contractor in Edinburgh, and they are in the internal fit out and finishing stage of a large refurbishment project in the City Centre. They are seeking to appoint a Site Manager to join their team as they bring this project to completion.

As Site Manager you will be working under a Project Manager and be responsible for snagging and closing off a specific area of this project. Working with your team of experienced subcontractors and direct labour, you will ensure areas are completed and closed off in line with program and quality.

Our client is seeking an experienced Site Manager with strong attention to detail and direct expertise in finishing off high end residential or commercial projects. You will have an up-to-date SMSTS and be trade qualified in a relevant trade such as joinery. You work well within a busy team environment and have the skillset and adaptability to jump onto a project quickly and make an impact.
