Managed Service Provider is searching for a Lead Technical Support Engineer

Your new role
Your new role will include resolving technical second line issues remotely and responding to technical queries either by phone or a ticketing system, triaging the queries and either responding to or escalating issues. You will be involved in the installation and maintenance of servers, computers, printers, peripherals, firewalls and network related equipment for the company’s clients, and you will also be required to assist in project work.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate for this role will already have previous experience within a managed service, along with experience on o365, Microsoft Office products, Microsoft Windows Server and Exchange. You will be familiar with Active Directory and have a good understanding of networking principles. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work as part of a team and on their own initiative, good attention to detail with good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively. Yoy should also have led a team and mentored accordingly.
