Your new school
We are looking to recruit a qualified Maths teacher to join a good school in Newcastle Under Lyme to cover maternity leave. This school has a good OFSTED report where their Maths department has been complimented specifically. This school are very results orientated, meaning they require a teacher who will strive for each pupil to achieve their full potential.

Your new role
You will be teaching Maths on a full time basis to both KS3 and KS4 pupils. You will be responsible for the full teaching role which will include staff meetings, parents evenings, planning, preparation and marking. The maternity leave officially commences at October half term, however, this school have said that for the right candidate, they would be able to start early in September 2024 to take advantage of a full handover with the teacher prior to their departure.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to hold QTS in the UK with a specialism in Maths to apply for this position. ECT's are welcome to apply in addition to experienced teachers.
