Azure Cloud Engineer - Global Advisory Firm - Up to 60K + Mostly Remote

Our client is a global audit, tax, and advisory firm with a dynamic team structure. As a Cloud Operations Engineer, you’ll be part of an innovative organisation that values collaboration, growth, and excellence.
Your new role
In this pivotal role, you’ll be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining cloud infrastructure. Your tasks will include monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimising cloud resources to ensure maximum uptime and performance. Collaborate with other cloud operations specialists to implement cloud-based software across various technology company operations.
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong experience of driving improvements and delivering change
- Outstanding communication skills, including written and spoken, would be essential
- Experience of working in a large corporate and professional environment, preferably from global organisations
- Experience in professional services environments is highly desirable but can be overlooked for strong candidates
- Strong and broad working knowledge of Azure Cloud Services, experience with other cloud platforms would also be welcome
- Experience of vendor management
- Understanding and hands-on experience of working according to ITIL practices
- Ability to handle 3rd line escalations regarding cloud and infrastructure matters
What you'll get in return
A salary of up to 60k (DOE) plus additional bonuses and/or profit shares. This position would be mostly remote.
