Pay & Reward Officer - HR Analyst - New Permanent Post - Hybrid Working

Your new role
We are currently recruiting a Pay and Compliance Officer for this large Public sector organisation. Your role will be to investigate, analyse and evaluate information relating to pay and benefits, where there maybe discrepancies between how policy is applied between teams. This could relate to holiday allowance, overtime or bonuses - alongside other benefits. You will use your analytical skills to interpret data and produce meaningful recommendations for remedial action.

What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for an experienced HR or Payroll professional, who has strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data. You should have strong stakeholder management, with the ability to liaise at all levels.
