A rare opportunity has arisen for a senior Fund Operations Analyst to oversee the administration of a multi-asset fund for segregated managed accounts (SMA), acting as the subject-matter expert and first point of contact for clients and the front office. As an experienced Operations Analyst, you will assume varied responsibilities for overseeing trading activities, with oversight of third-party administrators, vendors, and prime brokers, requiring strong reconciliation and investigative skills.

This role entails managing the full trade lifecycle in a high-volume environment, predominantly through straight-through processing (STP), while also handling complex exceptions and investigations. You will collaborate closely with third-party administrators and prime brokers on various middle office tasks, such as position and transaction reconciliations, investigating and resolving trade breaks and exceptions, with some manual trade booking. Additionally, you will demonstrate strong client-facing skills to engage with external investment management clients, prime brokers, fund administrators, as well as senior stakeholders internally. In addition, you will coordinate and onboard new investment managers onto the SMA platform, leading calls and managing system testing. It is essential that candidates are familiar with the ARCESIUM platform.
