Collaboration with Auditors: Working closely with external auditors, you’ll prepare annual statutory accounts. Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining compliance and transparency.
Cashflow Wizardry: Dive into detailed cashflow forecasts and treasury management. Your insights will guide financial health and ensure this business is always one step ahead.
People-Centric Approach: Beyond numbers, you’ll oversee weekly and monthly payroll, ensuring team members are well taken care of. Plus, you’ll handle HR tasks, keeping us compliant with legislation.
Strategic Budgeting: Crafting yearly budgets and forecasts isn’t just about numbers—it’s about shaping our future. Your financial acumen will drive our growth trajectory.
Risk Management: Analysis of margins by site and trade, spotting trends and addressing potential issues. Your strategic mindset will safeguard our profitability.

What you'll need to succeed

Ideally qualified with ACA, ACCA or CIMA - applications also welcome from driven, qualified by experience candidates

Ability to work closely with MD / Director - this is the #1 role in finance for this company

Prior experience in SME / construction sector is a benefit but not a pre-requisite.
