Temporary office manager
Are you looking for an interim Office Manager role and local to Bath? Hays is working with a higher education authority in Bath. They are looking for someone to cover a temporary role for two months. Pay for the role is £19.55 per hour + holiday (premium pay rate £22.49 per hour). Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00, 36.25 hours a week. The organisation offers hybrid working. Main duties of the role include:
- Attend key meetings
- Draft emails, letters and reports
- Liaise with members of the leadership team
- Secretarial and administrative support
- Monitor building maintenance
You:
- Experience of drafting reports
- Experience of collating data
- Proven organisational skills
- Excellent IT skills
- Able to work proactively and independently
- Willing and able to develop new skills
