Your new role

As Group Email Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, increase sales, and enhance customer retention.

  • Develop and execute email marketing strategies to drive engagement, nurture leads, and promote products and services offered by brands.
  • Create compelling and personalised email content, including newsletters, promotional campaigns, and automated drip campaigns, that resonate with target audience.
  • Segment email lists based on customer data, behaviour, and preferences to deliver targeted and relevant messaging.
  • Migrating email platforms – data migration
  • Collaborate with internal teams, to ensure alignment of email content with overall marketing initiatives and brand messaging.
  • Design and optimise email templates for maximum impact and deliverability across various email clients and devices.
  • Oversee and continuously improve the customer journey
  • Monitor email performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and revenue generated, and use insights to optimise campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay up to date with email marketing best practices, industry trends, and regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR) to ensure compliance and maximise results.
What you'll need to succeed

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an email marketing role
  • Deep understanding of CRM
  • A/B testing and experimentation
  • Strong data analytical skills
  • Experience using Mailchimp, Mandril and other ESP’s
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions
  • Creative, but commercial
