Project Manager – Client Facing
Are you an experienced IT Project Manager with a passion for client engagement? My client are seeking a dynamic professional to lead large-scale IT infrastructure projects for their clients. As a Project Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring successful project delivery while exceeding client expectations. Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Building: Cultivate strong professional relationships with clients and stakeholders. Maintain up-to-date communication on project status and any changes.
- Project Lifecycle Management: Guide projects from initiation to deployment, adhering to project plans and proactively managing risks.
- Team Leadership: Develop and motivate project teams to achieve peak performance and project success.
- Adaptability: Lead projects according to client requirements, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimates, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Resource Coordination: Collaborate with project staff from various departments to align resources with project scope, schedule, and purpose.
- Financial Oversight: Manage project expenditures, including hardware, software, capital, and operational expenses, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Essential Skills:
- IT Project Management Experience: Proven track record in managing IT projects.
- Agile and Waterfall Methodology: Familiarity with both methodologies.
- Client Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain key client relationships.
- Benefits Tracking: Ensure project benefits are realised.
- Financial Acumen: Experience managing project-related expenses.
- Sustaining Projects: Devise effective maintenance and troubleshooting methods post-completion.
Location: Hybrid work arrangement (home and client sites as needed)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary Range: £50,000-£60,000 (dependent on experience)
Travel: Frequent travel to client sites required
