Assistant Facilities Manager

Opportunity to join a market leading PLC organisation to work as an Assistant Facilities Manager on their South East office portfolio. You will be joining an experienced estates and facilities team and will benefit from working alongside like-minded individuals whilst receiving support and coaching.
Your new role
As the Assistant Facilities Manager you will work closely with the building managers to ensure all compliance and housekeeping standards are met and all health and safety standards are adhered to. You will be required to visit sites to meet with the office stakeholders in order to understand their requirements. As part of the role, you will manage and oversee maintenance projects and work with the Facilities Manager to ensure completion in line with budgets. This is an excellent opportunity to build on existing experience and develop within a supportive culture.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful for this role you should have previous experience within Facilities Management, have strong communication skills and be able to work independently and as part of a wider team. A driving licence is required for this role. You will need to leave within commutable distance of Essex.
