Interim EA Opportunity Within London Based Media Organisation

Your new company

An exciting interim EA opportunity has arisen within one of the most prestigious media organisations within the publishing arena. Covering a period of maternity leave, the role will be joining a dynamic and forward-thinking team, and will be providing support to a Managing Director.

Your new role

Operating on an interim basis, the role will include (but is not limited to) the following:

  • To provide comprehensive EA and administrative support to the Managing Director and lighter support to the Deputy Managing Director. The role will involve working with various individuals and departments, including the executive board and senior management and external parties.
  • Day to day duties include meeting arrangement, calendar + email management, and expenses.
  • Organise all aspects of global travel for business trips including flight tickets, hotel bookings, airport transfers, visa applications, arranging meetings and conference registration.
  • Organise business lunches, team events and away days.
  • Assist with projects as required.
  • Creating event/speaker packs for speaker engagements.
  • Minute taking in executive meetings.
  • Effectively provide professional administrative support as necessary.

What you'll need to succeed

Prior experience as an Executive Assistant within a fast-paced environment and being responsible for similar duties is a necessity.
