An Established M&E contractor, based in Leicester, who is undergoing extensive growth across the region. They work across a variety of sectors ranging from commercial, retail, residential and many more with values up to circa £10 - £15m. With the majority of their projects located in the midlands, they are now looking to expand further and grow the business into new territories.

Your new role

As an estimator, you will be responsible for producing estimates for all electrical-related building service tenders & quotes. They will also be responsible for providing accurate quotations to clients, reading and interpreting site drawings/reports accurately, keeping up-to-date with knowledge of electrical legislation, preparing bills of materials and quotations from client specifications, interpreting client requirements accurately, building successful working relationships with clients and internal teams, and prioritising workload to ensure client deadlines are met.

What you'll need to succeed

Relevant electrical qualifications or experience.
Industry Expertise: Minimum 5 years of experience overseeing electrical projects.
Knowledge of Building Services: Familiarity with M&E systems.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication.
Leadership Abilities: Proven track record in leading successful project teams
Excellent customer service skills and actively seeks ways to improve
Ability to problem-solve to meet operational targets
