As an EYFS teacher with Hays, you will be provided with all the necessary information to ensure you are comfortable with the position you are in, with regular after-care check-ins, ongoing support from experienced consultants, and continued support in growth and development.
Whether you are an experienced teacher of an ECT just starting out your career, being a Hays teacher allows you to be flexible in deciding when, where and how often you work. You will have the opportunity to showcase your talents at some fantastic schools, and we always aim to match you with the schools that suit you.

What you need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, or comparable
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), or equivalent certification
  • In-class teaching experience within the last 5 years
  • Right to work in the UK
  • DBS check, or willing to undertake this
We welcome applicants who are currently working for other agencies.
