Your new company

Your new company is a multidisciplinary, family-run contractor based in Co. Tyrone, specialising in construction within the education, leisure, restoration & heritage, private residential & social housing and commercial sectors. The company have built an enviable industry name over the last 50 years on their specialist team consistently delivering high quality service on a variety of projects for a diverse range of long-term clients, which has led to a high level of repeat business & continuous bid success. This company are now embarking on a new public sector scheme in South Down and require the services of an experienced Foreperson to oversee for the duration of works.

Your new role

As Site No.1, you will be responsible for the management of all internal works on a new refurbishment scheme for a prominent public sector client. Works involve internal strip out, panelling, and minor upgrades over which you will be responsible for all direct labour and subcontractors on site. This is a temporary role which will be due to run for up to 2 months.

What you'll need to succeed

As a successful Site Foreperson, you will have proven experience in a similar role, with knowledge and a proven track record of delivering internal refurbishment works essential. You will be accustomed to supervising all internal trades with experience of working in healthcare/education works advantageous. You must be CSR (Site Supervisor), CSCS or SMSTS certified in order to be considered for this role.
As the project is due to commence in the next 2 weeks, you must be immediately available or on a shortened notice period.
