Your new role

As Group Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to grow brands’ online presence, engage our audience, and drive sales.

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic to the websites and social media channels.
  • Create and curate compelling content for various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok, that aligns with brands’ identity and resonates with target audience.
  • Plan and schedule social media posts, ensuring consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and opportunities to engage with the audience.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a sense of community around the four brands.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and ecommerce, to develop integrated social media campaigns and promotions.
  • Analyse social media performance using analytics tools and provide regular reports and insights to inform strategy and optimisation efforts.
  • Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
What you'll need to succeed

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management
  • Deep understanding of different Social Media platforms
  • Content Creation expert
  • Strong data analytical skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions
