What you'll need to succeed

As well as strong communication skills for dealing with internal collaborators and stakeholders, you should have:

  • A BSc / MSc / PhD (or equivalent experience) in computer science or a life sciences discipline such as chemistry, biology, biochemistry, bioinformatics, or similar
  • Expertise within data management, compound management or similar within a lab/R&D environment
  • Strong hands-on knowledge and experience of working with Dotmatics products is essential, preferably within a drug discovery or similar research environment
  • Programming skills in SQL (with scripting ability in other languages such as Bash or python an advantage)
  • Good knowledge of data analysis and visualisation approaches / tools, with experience of software like Spotfire, PowerBI, Vortex or similar an advantage
  • The ability to work with external CROs or other research partners
