Temporary Sales Support Administrator based Rainham paying unto £17.50 per hour

Your new company

Is an established national manufacturing and wholesale supplier.

Your new role

Is to support the Production Team with the following tasks

  • Answering incoming calls and enquiries
    • Assist the production and supply manager with administrative tasks.
    • Manage paperwork related to production lines and stock movement.
    • Coordinate schedules and communicate with the operations and planning team.
    • Ensure efficient production planning and customer requirements are met.
  • Requirements:
    • Strong organisational skills.
    • Attention to detail.
    • The ability to work collaboratively in a team.
    • Experience in a similar role within a manufacturing or production environment.
There may be an opportunity to secure a permanent role there, but initially it would be for at least 3 months temporarily.

Experience of working in an office-based Sales Support role

Available immediately
Happy to work 5 days per week in the office
