Your New Role

In the role of Supply Chain Manager, you will support the company to achieve profitable growth and meet the needs of customers and patients. You will ensure that products are available at the right time and the right cost for sales to market.

As the Supply Chain Manager, you will produce inventory reports, analysis of this data, and issue resolution. You will ensure forecasts reflect sales and be the point of contact for coordinating supply, demand, and critical issues. You will need to collaborate with Regional/Global SNO and Regulatory Affairs to ensure market requirements are met.

What You Need to Succeed

To succeed in the role of Supply Chain Manager, you will need previous experience within warehousing and distribution. You will have excellent change management skills/people management skills in order to recruit, train and develop direct reports. You will need to be confident in your approach to problem solving across business functions and geographical regions. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in Demand Planning and ERP System usage. Additionally, you will need strong knowledge of market regulations.
