As a Customer Service Agent, a list of your roles and responsibilities are highlighted below –
Acting as the first point of contact and meeting the needs of key customers
Ownership of customer cases from start to finish and providing an excellent customer service journey
Working towards and exceeding agreed SLA targets
Booking / scheduling engineers, resources, logistics, travel and critical spares
Booking / scheduling maintenance visits
Raising accurate escalations in a timely manager
Liaising and working with other departments and team members when necessary
Case diagnosis and first line qualification of customer issues before call out
