My client based in the heart of Liverpool is seeking a professional Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a full-time permanent basis.

Your new role

The position is being offered as full time, permanent with working hours of 08.45am - 17.15pm Monday to Friday and will be office based.
Some of your main duties will include but not limited to
Answering all incoming calls
Process customer orders and deal with any queries and requests
Provide a first class service in relation to parts etc.
Liaise with couriers, deliveries, returns, tracking details, complaints.
Updating systems
Processing carrier claims
