Your new role
As a successful candidate, you must have relevant industry experience, be self-motivated, able to manage your own workload, and be a team player. Highly competent IT skills with proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint are required.
As a Senior Customer Service and Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the administrative purchasing of footwear and apparel for the Company, customer liaison correspondence, raising and maintaining sales orders, logistical coordination and management of one or more brands, managing Free-On-Board prices and selling prices by customer, and handling warehouse allocation and delivery.
You will collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of products, manage the production process, and resolve quality issues in a timely and effective manner.
You will also be responsible for conducting regular performance reviews of team members and providing feedback to improve performance.
