What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced Credit Controller who has managed a debtor ledger and the complete order to cash process. If you have supervised at least 1 member of staff, that will be seen as advantageous to your application.

Your new role
- Managing the collection and processing of customer payments ensuring open balances are accurate and up to date.
- Minimising overdue, non-payments and the risk of bad debt so that the business cash flow performance is maximised.
- Reconciliation of the trade debtor ledger on a monthly basis.
- Preparation of weekly targets for inclusion in the cash flow forecast.
- Ensure customer contact details are up-to-date.
- Prepare and issue monthly statements to customers.
- Respond to customer queries in a timely manner, liaising with Sales Teams.
- Any other ad hoc duties required by the Financial Controller / Finance Director.
