Your new role

• Accurately maintaining the sales ledger accounts, invoicing sales orders in a timely manner
• Dealing with customer queries over the phone or email.
• Setting up new customer accounts, ensuring information is always updated and accurate.
• Manage and reconcile customer accounts.
• Monitoring and recovering of aged debt.
• Chasing debtors and collecting cash. Producing relevant debtor reports.
• Monitor and maintain credit limits to minimise bad debt and ensure customers adhere to payment terms.
• Commencing legal action where necessary - Ensuring procedures and regulations are followed if customers have failed to pay.
• Assist with the reconciliation of unallocated cash.
• Assist with the month-end closing process and year-end audit.
• Assisting with cash flow forecasting.
• Assist with other ad hoc duties, as required.

What you'll need to succeed

• Good IT skills include; Excel, Word and Outlook
• Experience working in a similar Credit Control position
• Good time management skills
