Our client provides support and services in the education sector, they are looking for a collections officer to start immediately on a temp assignment based Manchester. Opportunity to go temp to perm.

Your new role

You will be responsible for assisting on a backlog project.

• Manage customer accounts and ensure timely debt repayment

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers

• Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly

• Work within a team to meet and exceed collection targets

What you'll need to succeed

You will have:

• Experience in a customer service environment, preferably within the Financial Services industry

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities

• Proven track record in debt collection
