Join one of the UK's biggest Architecture Companies as their Internal Communications Assistant.

Your new company

Your new company is a large Architecture firm operating across the globe. This role will be joining the established Communications team to assist the Intranet and Internal Communications Lead in maintaining and improving their intranet, coordinating internal communications across the business in alignment with the business’s strategic objectives and needs.

Your new role

Within your new role you will be responsible for maintaining and creating content for the firm’s intranet platform, whilst collaborating with groups and stakeholders across the, practise. You will deliver content across a range of channels including email, weekly newsletters, the intranet, articles, images, podcasts, and events. You will ensure all communications are targeted and tailored to a variety of audiences and will have the opportunity to assist in creating digital artwork with the support of the team’s graphic designer.

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a relevant degree (Marketing, Communications, Media, or Journalism) and ideally will have experience in a Communications / Administrative role. Your role will be content heavy, so excellent written skills are a must. You will work with a variety of stakeholders across the business, so you will need to have the confidence to liaise with senior business leaders and build strong relationships. You will need to have strong abilities on MS Office applications including Adobe InDesign, and most importantly, be a driven, engaged, and motivated individual with an interest in the world of internal communications.
