Your new role
As Marketing and Communications Lead, you will deliver strategic and hands-on initiatives in marketing and communications for the company.
Responsibilities include:
Develop and execute strategies for marketing, public relations, media, and communications and collaborate with team members and external stakeholders to implement these strategies effectively.
Oversee the creation of marketing materials and press releases, utilising third parties where necessary.
Oversee and optimise social media engagement to enhance visibility and impact.
Keep the website updated and user-friendly.
Curate and manage a collection of images.
Design and adjust multimedia presentations, incorporating relevant visuals.
Handle AV setup for various presentations and functions.
Manage and oversee events.
Compile marketing analytics and reports for stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
- A degree in communications, marketing, public relations, or a similar field.
- Experience of managing both online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Demonstrated success in executing, directing and optimising marketing and communication projects.
- Proficiency in copywriting and editorial tasks.
- Experience with the production and delivery of marketing materials.
- Advanced IT proficiency as well as website management and experience managing social media for business.
Desirable: - Prior experience with a marketing agency or in related sectors like PR, design, advertising, or digital.
- A minimum of two years in a dedicated marketing and communications role, focusing on campaign management.
- Capability to handle various projects for internal stakeholders concurrently.
- A valid driver’s licence and the ability to travel for work.
