The firm has an ambitious 5 year growth plan to double revenue and is looking for an Audit Senior Manager to help engage and energise the team.

A general practice firm with a varied portfolio of clients, Wilder Coe has also created a strong foothold within the renewable energy, real estate and hospitality industries with plans to continue growing and developing the firm’s offering in these sectors in the coming years.

The role:
Wilder Coe are looking for an ACA or ACCA qualified Audit Senior Manager to join the growing firm:Plan, supervise and review audit (70%) and accounts (30%) assignments which includes acting as the main point of contact for client enquiries, reporting directly to the audit partners and ensuring assignments are completed accurately and within budget.

You’ll manage a varied and complex portfolio of clients from OMBS through to large corporations spanning numerous industries such as renewable energy, real estate, retail, hospitality and charities.

Monitor billing and costs against budgets and reporting any variances to the partners where necessary.

Take an active role in training and developing staff. Provide support to junior staff throughout their professional qualification as well as promoting a culture of celebrating successes as a firm & team.

To succeed in this position:
As a fully qualified audit manager or Audit Senior Manager, you will have a proven track record of managing a varied portfolio of audit and accounting assignments. You will also have RI status or an interest in securing RI status in the near future.
You will have the desire and hunger to develop your career within in a successful firm of chartered accountants but also help the management team and partners to drive the business towards its goals.
