Your new company is a Market Leading Syndicate, who offer speciality and commercial insurance and reinsurance products across key UK, European, Middle East, US and other international locations. They provide brokers and insureds with a broad product range through the Company and Lloyd's Markets and have approximately 1,900 employees in approximately 60 offices around the world.

Your new role

Your new role will involve handling and resolving claims efficiently and fairly in accordance with our Claims Charter/ code of Conduct and Claim process guidelines. Working closely with the Claims team and Open Market Claim Manager towards delivery of our corporate goals whilst promoting the companies' core values. You will be working closely with Underwriting & Claims to support the retention and attraction of clients.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need to be a dynamic, knowledgeable and motivated Aviation Claims specialist with experience in all Aviation Classes of business. You must have excellent technical experience and a record of claim handling specifically in the Aviation industry sectors. Alongside this, you must have a proven track record of maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders.
