I have recently partnered with a leading provider of Workplace Vaccinations, committed to safeguarding staff against the flu virus and minimising occupational hazards, including Hepatitis B. Their evidence-based services contribute to reduced absenteeism and associated costs, ensuring a measurable return on investment.
Your new role
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our reach across the UK. Your responsibilities include:
- Relationship Building: Identify, build, and develop strong relationships with prospects.
- Pricing Proposals and Terms: Present pricing proposals, including pitches, RFPs, and bids.
- Client Campaigns: Develop and execute client campaigns aligned with organisational goals.
- Opportunity Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust and timely opportunity pipeline.
- Market Insights and Competitor Intelligence: Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.
- Liaison with Account Management Team: Collaborate with the account management team to onboard new clients seamlessly.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in business development or sales.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach.
- Familiarity with pricing strategies and negotiation techniques.
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry and workplace wellness programs is advantageous.
