• Business Requirements Gathering: Lead the process of eliciting, analysing, and documenting business requirements for digital transformation projects. Work closely with stakeholders across various departments to understand their needs and translate them into actionable requirements.
• Process Optimisation: Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimisation through the implementation of digital solutions.
• Solution Design and Evaluation: Collaborate with technical teams to design digital solutions that address business needs effectively. Evaluate technology options, assess feasibility, and make recommendations based on business priorities, technical constraints, and best practices.
• Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. Engage with business leaders, subject-matter experts, and end-users to ensure alignment of project objectives and gather feedback throughout the project lifecycle.
• Project Leadership: Take ownership of business analysis activities within digital transformation projects. Lead cross-functional teams through requirements gathering workshops, solution design sessions, and user acceptance testing.
