Senior Consultant, Global governance services

A new player to the Prof Services arena, and boy are they making huge strides in the industry. Now, before you look away as it's prof services, please read on. Some of the best Co-Sec's I know are working here. They are hugely experienced and ambitious, so you should be too. The team is headed up by someone who I have personally known for over 15 years. They are simply great to work for and are hugely inspirational. What's another reason to join them? Well, the variety and exposure you will gain will be second to none.

As a Senior Consultant, you’ll take the day-to-day lead in providing services for a large client portfolio. Leveraging their market-leading technology, meeting service level agreements (SLAs) and delivering exceptional service to their clients, this is an exciting role. Additionally, you’ll coordinate multi-jurisdiction managed service engagements, lead client meetings, maintain strong client relationships, and contribute to various initiatives within the organisation.

To be considered for this amazing opportunity, you should have;
  • A high level of expertise in global entity management and/or global corporate governance, preferably from a professional service background.
