Your new role
We are currently seeking a Temporary Finance Administrator to support our finance team on a week-by-week basis. In this role, you will assist with various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the finance department. Your responsibilities will include
- Data entry and processing of financial transactions
- Assisting with invoice processing and reconciliation
- Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
- Supporting the finance team with ad-hoc administrative duties
- Assisting with month-end processes as required
This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a finance role and contribute to the success of our organisation on a temporary basis.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within a finance or accounting environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
