Your new role

Position Overview: As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction and retention. Your responsibilities include:

  • Client Enquiries and Service Requests: Efficiently manage client enquiries and service requests, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Client Relationship Development: Build strong client relationships to enhance retention rates.
  • Accurate Record Keeping: Maintain meticulous records in our client's database.
  • Understanding Client Requirements: Gain insights into client requirements, business operations, and needs to ensure optimal service delivery.
  • Pricing Proposals and Terms: Present client pricing proposals and terms effectively.
  • Collaboration with Nurse Booking and Logistics Teams: Liaise with our Nurse Booking and Logistics teams to fulfil client requirements seamlessly.

Growth Opportunities:
  • Service Expansion: Identify new service opportunities to broaden client relationships.
  • Client Campaigns: Develop and execute client campaigns, contributing to business growth.
  • Opportunity Pipeline Management: Manage an opportunity pipeline strategically.
  • Support for Business Development: Assist the Business Development Manager in new client acquisition and onboarding.
