Regional FP&A - Manchester – Permanent - £60,000 plus benefits – Flexible Working

Your new company

This client is a nationwide facilities and property management company which is well-established with large portfolios across England with a passion for charitable work and sustainability.

Your new role

As their new regional FP&A, you will provide insight and analysis on all regional income and costs, including overheads and non-trading, facilitating the accurate reporting of month-end results, contributing to the quarterly forecast and annual budgeting process, and working alongside the business to ensure delivery of value targets, all contributing to delivering accurate charges to the customer.

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed in this role, you will be a qualified accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA) or equivalent, and have experience with monthly financial reporting, exceptional stakeholder management ability, identification and validation of savings initiatives, a data-driven, and solutions focused mindset, financial management, budgeting, and forecasting experience, and business and financial process improvement.
