Your new company

Your new job working as a Processing Insurance Technician within the Premium team, will be working for an independent and employee-owned, specialist re\insurance broking group which provides clients with local service and global solutions. Your new brokers pride themselves on their established relationships throughout the Lloyd’s and Company markers and offer tailored solutions for UK and International customers. Due to substantial growth within the technical division, a permanent job for a Processing Insurance Technician within the Premium Technical team has arisen.

Your new role

Your new job working as a Premium Processing Insurance Technician, means you will be responsible for processing of various technical documentation to include; MRC Slips, Endorsements, Credit and Debit notes. Your daily duties will include; forwarding documentation onto Lloyd’s/ Lirma markets via A&S, completing premium bordereaux and dealing with all aspects of Premium Processing across various lines of business. Other duties will include; processing premiums to Xchanging and being competent in working with the IMR, LPANs, signings, etc. You will be knowledgeable at working on complex in-house computer systems and be able to successfully monitor payments. You will be encouraged to build and maintain relationships with colleagues, supporting them with all technical issues and queries. Producing Db /Cr notes and monitoring payments etc

What you'll need to succeed

Your previous experience working for a Lloyd’s Broker as a Premium Processing Insurance Technician, processing cross-class business will contribute to your success in securing this role. You will be competent in A&S, IMR and LORS entries and successfully able to process bureau submissions and manage data entries will demonstrate your ability to prioritise workloads and ability to communicate well within a team. You will be technically astute, highly literate and numerate and preferably have started some professional qualifications. Your excellent planning, time management and organisation skills, alongside your drive and motivation, will allow you to adapt well into a diverse and growing team. You will ideally have some experience of Eclipse/ Sequel.
