Interim Recruitment & Employer Brand Manager

Your new role

  • 4/6-month contract
  • c.£350 - 400 per day umbrella, inside IR35
  • ASAP start
  • Hybrid working (3 days in office)

You will be joining the current recruitment team of 2 as a Manager to define the Recruitment & Attraction strategy across the business, for both early careers and experienced hires. This will include creating a recruitment toolkit, running campaigns, digital strategies, managing job boards and third party vendors, reducing agency spend and more. You will have a hands on delivery approach.

What you'll need to succeed

Working as part of a Talent Acquisition team, you will need prior experience working with Employer Branding, EVP and Recruitment experience working in a matrix business. You will be able to provide evidence of cost savings across experienced hire and early careers, due to increased volume of direct hiring. You will ideally have experience working in a similar industry or a high volume / fast-paced environment. You will have experience, either in a standalone position or coaching / mentoring a small recruitment team. You will be available to start within the next month and commit to a 4/6 month contract. You will be able to travel to London on a hybrid basis.
