Your new role
As a part-time, permanent ER Advisor / HR Advisor, (4 days per week) you will be part of a busy HR team.
Duties will include:

• You will be responsible for advising and supporting managers on a range of people management issues, including attendance, disciplinary, grievance, conduct, performance, maternity, paternity, flexible working and wellbeing and dealing with all related paperwork.
• You will also get involved in supporting HR projects, organisational change and policy reviews.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience as an HR Advisor / ER Advisor, managing ER cases from end-end.
This role is a 4 day a week role, 3 days per week based in the office in Milton Keynes and 1 day per week home based.
