Policy & Benefits Manager

Looking for an exciting opportunity to lead the review and development of people-related policies and benefits? Look no further! We are seeking a Policy and Benefits Manager to join our clients' People, Recruitment & Reward team. As a part of this team, you will be responsible for strengthening our employee value proposition by leading the ongoing review and development of our people-related policies and benefits package. You will also have the opportunity to take responsibility for stakeholder engagement, including consultation with trade union partners, on key policies, processes, and initiatives.

The successful candidate will have significant expert knowledge of employment law and specialist knowledge and understanding of the principles, practices, standards, and guidance of aspects of employment policies and an employer brand. They will also have experience in project or people supervision, line management, or staff training and mentoring. A degree or equivalent relevant experience is essential, and a CIPD qualification (Chartered/Level 7) is desirable.

In addition to these qualifications, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be innovative, and have the ability to lead change and identify service improvements. They will be driven, solutions-focused, and have the ability to deliver results. The successful candidate will have high personal resilience, integrity, and be a positive role model. They will also have an open and collaborative approach, able to engender trust and build effective relationships.
