Commercial Sales Manager - Armagh

This is a very exciting time to join the business as they are expanding and have opened more showrooms and retail businesses. They are recruiting for a Commercial Sales Manager. They can offer an amazing salary negotiable up to £55k, plus bonus/commission, company car, laptop, mobile etc.

Your new role

As Commercial Sales Manager, you will manage a team of 6 sales people covering the UK & Ireland. You will be tasked with focusing on building business in the construction sector by building key relationships with construction company's, architects and designers. Duties include:


  • Managing and supporting the Commercial Sales Team to achieve their goals
  • Developing and growing business with new and existing customers including specifiers, construction and commercial clients
  • Identifying new areas and opportunities for sales as well as establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients
  • Meeting customers in face-to-face visits to further develop business and create successful long-term working relationships
  • Planning and organising strategies that will facilitate sales growth
  • Achieving and increasing of sales targets
  • Promote and increase sales of company's unique manufactured products to specifiers, the construction industry and distributors
  • Liaising with Marketing, Sales, Manufacturing and Admin teams to identify, develop and successfully exploit sales opportunities, using company's range of outsourced and manufactured products
  • Supplying relevant market information on product trends, prices, competitor information, customer requirements etc.
  • Attending presentations, networking events and trade exhibitions when required
  • Working directly with the Board of Directors on strategic development
  • Recruiting for sales and admin teams when required
