Senior Recruitment Consultant – Hays – London - £30,000 - £45,000 (depending on experience)

Your new team

Hays Human Resources is a national team of almost 40 Recruiters, 25 of which are experienced, seasoned Recruiters operating at Manager level or above. The London team has 10 Recruiters, specialising in senior, specialist and HR support appointments and includes the top 3 national billers. They have a healthy productivity, a diverse, loyal client base and are growing quarter on quarter.

Your new role As an experienced Recruiter, you will join a mature team with a hard -working, high-performing culture. You will develop new, as well as strengthen existing, customer relationships and work to the ethos of ‘having one customer’. You will participate in our Hays HR Leadership series, networking with HR Leaders in London, and specialise in mid – senior HR leadership hiring for a commercial or financial services client base. You will have the opportunity to recruit for exclusive, senior positions, negotiate your own fees and enjoy lucrative earnings.

What you’ll need to succeed

You’ll need a proven track record of success in a recruitment role, with the ability to thrive in a corporate environment. You will be naturally inquisitive to help you build your market knowledge and build strong business relationships. You will be ambitious, driven to progress your career quickly and have strong sales skills with the ability to consult and advise both clients and candidates. To do all of this you will need excellent interpersonal skills with the passion to want to achieve results. You’ll be ambitious with passion, credibility and drive.
