Your New Team

Hays Specialist Recruitment are seeking a hardworking and ambitious individual to join our team on a permanent basis as Sales Support. this is a very exciting opportunity to join a successful business working within our Dundee office. You'll be working alongside Recruitment Consultants and Directors, supporting on Recruitment/Sales campaigns and initiative days as well as managing the office administrative responsibilities.

Your New Role

Reporting to the Director, you will take ownership of a varied workload. Your duties will involve, but not be limited to:

  • Front Desk and Reception duties.
  • Booking travel arrangements.
  • Assisting with compilation of daily and weekly reports and presentations for Senior Management.
  • Ordering of office supplies and equipment.
  • Diary management.
  • Updating of systems and records.
  • Health and Safety.

Key Requirements for Success

We are seeking a hardworking, ambitious individual who has proven success working within a busy office environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential as well as enthusiasm, flexibility and a team working ethic. Offering creative solutions to modern office challenges is required. You will have excellent problem solving skills and have the ability to work on your own initiative. Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite is also essential in this role.
